1. How the Referral Program Works

LocalMart365 rewards vendors for inviting other vendors to join the platform. When a new vendor registers using your referral code, you instantly receive extra listing slots — no payment required from either side.

Program Overview:

  • Every vendor receives a unique referral code upon registration
  • Share your code with other potential vendors
  • When someone uses your code during their registration, you receive +2 bonus listing slots
  • Bonus listing slots are added to your account instantly and automatically
  • No payment is required — the reward is triggered at the new vendor's registration

2. Referral Reward

For every vendor who successfully registers using your referral code, you receive:

+2 Listing Slots

Added permanently to your listing limit, per successful referral

These slots are added on top of your existing limit and do not expire. There is no cap on how many referrals you can make.

Find Your Referral Code

Your unique referral code is displayed on your vendor dashboard. It looks like: LM1234567

Share Your Code

Share your referral code with other potential vendors via WhatsApp, email, or any other method.

They Register Using Your Code

When they sign up on LocalMart365, they enter your referral code in the optional field on the vendor registration page (/vendor/setup).

You Get +2 Listing Slots Instantly

As soon as they complete registration, your listing limit is increased by 2 automatically. No manual action needed.

4. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Triggered at Registration: The reward is applied when the referred vendor completes registration, not at payment.
  • No Self-Referral: You cannot use your own referral code. Attempts to do so will be automatically rejected.
  • One Code Per Registration: Each new vendor can only use one referral code during signup.
  • Permanent Slots: Bonus listing slots are added to your limit permanently and do not expire.
  • Non-Transferable: Bonus listing slots cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  • Fraud Prevention: LocalMart365 reserves the right to revoke referral bonuses if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Referral Code Management

You can manage your referral code from your vendor dashboard:

  • View your unique referral code
  • Copy your code to clipboard with one click
  • Share via WhatsApp, email, or other methods

6. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

LocalMart365 monitors for abuse including:

  • Self-referral attempts (automatically blocked)
  • Multiple fake accounts from the same person
  • Suspicious referral patterns

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Changes to Referral Program

LocalMart365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Changes will be communicated via email to all registered vendors.

Vendor A's Referral Code: LM9876543

Vendor B: Signs up on LocalMart365 and enters Vendor A's code during registration

Result: Vendor A's listing limit is instantly increased by 2 slots
